Yes, however the additional tenant must be vetted in the usual way via an application form and interview process. The rent for the accommodation will usually be increased if an additional tenant moves in.

How Do I Obtain Another Copy Of My Tenancy Agreement?

We print off a copy of your tenancy agreement when you sign up. If a new copy is needed it can be printed off or emailed over upon requesting.

Can I Get A Landlord Reference From J9?

Yes we are happy to give out references; they are usually processed by the Property Manager within 1 week of the request.

Am I Allowed A Pet In My Property?

Pets are not suitable for rooms in shared houses; however we do sometimes allow pets in studios which have direct access to a garden/yard. There is also a one off supplement fee of £50 payable to have a pet within your accommodation.
