is paid for by card meter for the electricity you use in your

Typical Studio Layout
From £99 per week you get one self-contained room, which has its
own en-suite bathroom and kitchenette i.e. everything is in one
room.
From 110 per week you get a bedroom and separate kitchen/kitchenette,
plus en-suite bathroom i.e. two rooms.
Most properties have recently been refurbished to a very high
standard and also have a communal fully equipped kitchen with washing
machine and dryer (see details below), which can be used by all
tenants as well as your own kitchenette for your own exclusive
use.
Modern Conveniences
Most of the properties come furnished with all modern conveniences,
including gas central heating, double glazing, microwave, fridge, colour TV and
vacuum cleaner.
Room Servicing
Servicing as required can be provided at an additional cost e.g.
cleaning, linen change, continental breakfast.
